At Digital Design, we are committed to delivering exceptional services in graphic design, motion graphic videos, video editing, social media management, and creating funded advertising campaigns. We strive to ensure complete customer satisfaction with our services. However, we understand that certain situations may require a refund or modification request.

Refund Policy:

  1. Refund Before Project Commencement:
    • A full refund can be requested if the project is canceled before any work has commenced.
    • The refund request will be processed within 7 business days from the date of the request.
  2. Partial Refund:
    • If the project has started but is not yet completed, the client is entitled to request a partial refund based on the percentage of work completed.
    • The refunded amount will be determined based on the specific case of each project.
  3. Non-Refundable Services:
    • Once the final design, video, or advertising campaign has been delivered, no refunds can be issued. However, we offer minor revisions based on the client’s request within a period of 7 days from the delivery date.
  4. Revisions and Modifications:
    • Clients are entitled to free revisions after the final delivery within a period of 7 days. Any additional revisions beyond this may incur extra charges depending on the scope of the requested work.
  5. Quality Complaints:
    • If the client is not satisfied with the quality of the work delivered, they can contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we will make the necessary adjustments to ensure full satisfaction.
